At Dswigsnclothings Company, we proudly ship from Canada to all provinces and to every state in the United States via Canada Post, DHL, and UPS. We also ship internationally from our factory in West Africa, delivering worldwide.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect order (e.g., wrong style, color, or length), we’re happy to offer an exchange provided the following conditions are met:

Exchange Conditions

  • 1. Product Condition

    Wigs: Lace must be uncut, unused, and returned in the original packaging.

    Clothings: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    Accessories: Tags and labels must be intact, and items must be unused.

    All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

  • 2. Exchange Window

    Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 to 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • 3. Value Matching

    Exchanges are only permitted for items of equal value.
    We do not process exchanges for items of greater or lesser value.

  • 4. Shipping Costs

    If the error is on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.

    If the exchange is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • 5. Custom Orders

    Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
